How to Book an Appointment at Our Clinic

Updated March 11, 2025

Monday – Friday
All appointments at our office are pre-booked. Existing patients can call (613) 498-0444 during office hours to schedule an appointment.

Saturday
Existing patients can call (613) 423-3333 on Saturdays between 8:30 – 12:00 pm and from 1:00 – 4:00 pm to request an urgent care appointment. These appointments can only be booked on the day of appointment. As the urgent care clinic fills up quickly, it is best to call in the morning.

To help us schedule your appointment efficiently and ensure you receive timely care, please provide the receptionist with the following information when booking:

1. Reason for the Visit
– Be specific (e.g., “I have a persistent cough for two weeks” instead of “I don’t feel well”).
– If you have multiple concerns, mention them so the doctor can allocate enough time.
– If you need a prescription renewal, specify the medication(s) required.

2. Urgency of the Issue
– Let us know if your concern is urgent (e.g., new or worsening symptoms, infections, or concerns requiring prompt attention).
– If your issue is non-urgent, it may be scheduled at a later date based on availability.
– If deemed medically necessary, you may be offered an appointment with a nurse practitioner or another physician at our urgent care clinic to ensure you are seen as soon as possible. While we strive to book patients with their family doctor, timely care is our priority.

Best Time to Call for an Appointment
πŸ“… Calling early in the week provides more options as appointment slots fill up quickly.
πŸ“ž Phone lines may be busy first thing in the morning, so we encourage patients to keep trying until they get through.

Recent Tests or Specialist Visits
If your visit relates to recent lab work, imaging (X-rays, MRIs), or a specialist consultation, please mention it so we can ensure those results are available.

In-Person and Virtual Appointments Available
🌐 If you cannot come to the office, we offer both phone and video appointments. Let the receptionist know if you prefer a virtual consultation.

Updating Contact Information
Please confirm that your phone number, email, and health card information are up to date.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask the receptionist when booking. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible care!
